Job Title Lead Site Manager for Ground-Up Commercial Projects Job Description Lead ground-up commercial projects from sitework through turnover. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and daily field operations. Manage 3-week look-ahead schedules and project sequencing. Oversee quality, safety, schedule, and site coordination. Conduct owner/client site walks and serve as the face of the company. Partner with remote PMs, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders. Travel nationally, typically spending 2 weeks at a time on site. What's on Offer $110K-$145K base salary. $180/day per diem for housing and food while on site. 2-4 weeks PTO - typically 3+ weeks. Mileage reimbursement to/from project sites. Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving. Full benefits package. Bonus opportunity. OSHA 30 certification paid for by the company. Proven experience running $1M+ projects independently. Strong understanding of sitework, scheduling, subcontractor management, and turnover. Comfortable presenting to and managing relationships with owners/clients. Able to travel nationally and work away from home for extended periods. 3-week look-ahead scheduling experience.
