This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition function, influence workforce strategy, and partner directly with executive and operational leaders across the company. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the organization's national recruiting strategy to support business growth and workforce planning while ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring practices across all regions.

The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the organization's Talent Acquisition function and serves as a strategic partner to business leaders across the company. This role is responsible for developing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a consistent candidate experience that supports long-term organizational success. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, using data, technology, and strong business partnerships to attract and retain top talent.
