Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Active Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative therapy programs and common SNF documentation practices preferred. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow care plans. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month. Shift name: Other. Float requirement: May travel to nearby facility in Georgiana if needed, rarely.
