Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Job - Community Health in Boston, MA

A large federally qualified healthcare system with locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts is hiring an experienced family nurse practitioner to join its primary care team. This full-time position involves a collaborative and supportive work setting, with a focus on serving a diverse, community-based patient population. Flexible scheduling and participation in an on‑call system are part of the role. Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position based on experience Eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC), State Loan Repayment, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Programs. Key Responsibilities: 32 patient care hours and 8 hours of administrative time each week Serve as a primary care provider managing routine, acute, and chronic patient needs. Engage in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Massachusetts NP license. Board Certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner DEA, MCSR, and BLS certification required Minimum of 2+ years as a Nurse Practitioner. Community health experience preferred.
