This is a direct hire Robotic Welding Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information: Program and operate robotic GMAW welding equipment, including Yaskawa/Motoman robots, and set up welding jobs. Perform tack and hand welding using GMAW, preparing components and fixtures for welding operations. Position, align, fit, and weld parts to assemble subassemblies in accordance with production documentation. Inspect work pieces and assemblies to ensure conformity with specifications and welding codes, complete process inspection, and documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and maintaining automation equipment, performing scheduled maintenance as needed. Collaborate and communicate promptly with the team regarding machinery or production concerns; oversee other related tasks as assigned.
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in GMAW welding. At least 1 year of experience programming robotic GMAW systems. Preferred experience with Yaskawa/Motoman robot programming. Proficiency in oral and written communication.
