Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity spans the 2026–2027 academic year, with multiple openings available to join a dedicated team of professionals serving students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Prior experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
Strong communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver a comprehensive range of speech-language pathology services to a K-12 student population
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Provide direct and consultative services onsite, tailoring interventions to students’ unique needs
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize student success
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support integration of therapy strategies into the classroom
Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and related school activities
