VP Enterprise Project Manager IV

Title: VP Enterprise Project Manager IV Location: Wilmington, DE Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Leads large, cross-functional enterprise and technology initiatives from initiation through post-implementation. Establishes program structure, governance, and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities. Develops and manages project budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis, and resource plans. Proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes. Provides executive-level reporting, decision support, and status transparency. Drives accountability across business, technology, operations, and external partners. Ensures deliverables meet defined scope, quality standards, and regulatory expectations. Removes delivery impediments and resolve cross-functional conflicts. Mentors project managers and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO standards. Partners with third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and integration with enterprise objectives. Performs other duties as assigned. No travel required. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of progressive project / program management experience. Demonstrated leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Experience operating in regulated and / or financial services environments preferred. Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders. Preferred Skills: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional SDLC methodologies. Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and ROI modeling. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
