Production of animal treats and probiotics. Are you looking for a 1st shift, weekday position with weekends off? How would you like to be a part of a growing company? We are now hiring for 1st shift Operators located in Menomonie, WI.

POSITION – Soft Chew Operator 1

JOB LOCATION – Menomonie, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri, plus OT when needed, often times with short notice)

STARTING PAY – $18/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Dimlopa/GED required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous factory or warehouse is preferred

Employees will aid in the manufacturing of animal supplemental products and may take a supervisory role and ensure production runs smoothly. Employees may also perform quality checks and clean and maintain production equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Setup of equipment

• Set, monitor and make necessary adjustments during extrusion process

• Maintaining accurate records and completion of all associated paperwork

• Quality checks

• Clean up work area as needed

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. frequently

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally

• Basic Math Skills

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
