We are searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital support and transformative change for learners near Shelby, NC. Your assignment begins August 12, 2026, and runs through May 26, 2027, offering the chance to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a consistent 35-hour week. You'll play an integral role in helping students develop essential communication skills in a supportive school environment—all while enjoying a highly competitive pay rate of $40 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina SLP License (required)
• Ability to work effectively with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY applicants welcomed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with education teams, families, and other professionals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and parent conferences as needed
