Warehouse Specialist (5881)

GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our Team in Chesapeake, VA. Position Responsibilities Assist with inventory, storage, shipping and receiving of parts, material, tools, and equipment Assist with identifying, marking, and preparing equipment for shipment Operate company vehicles and material handling equipment Generate and ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation Position Requirements Minimum of HS diploma and 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipboard installation Knowledge of U.S. Navy material handling policies, procedures, and documentation preferred Familiarity with shipboard Alteration Installation Team (AIT) operations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred Must possess organizational skills and maintain disciplined inventory and material control processes Ability to carry 50lbs Must possess, and maintain, a valid driver’s license May occasionally be required to work overtime and outside normal business hours to meet customer demand Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
