Your Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle placements from inception to successful closure.
• Partner with clients, prioritizing their unique hiring needs and understanding their organizational culture.
• Proactively source candidates using our advanced CRM/ATS along with your own network and creative tools.
• Optimize our platform to streamline candidate management, organize outreach, and automate your follow-up processes.
• Focus on long-term permanent placements that benefit our clients and enhance your earning potential.
• Engage in thought leadership that not only builds our brand but also enhances yours.
