Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist

We’re seeking a proactive and people-oriented Customer Support & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our remote team. This role combines world-class customer support with outbound sales prospecting to support our growing brand in the food & beverage space. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values Outbound Sales (BDR): Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads to introduce our product line Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects in the food & beverage market Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, with both inbound and outbound communication Experience in a Business Development, Sales Support, or Lead Generation role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and phone systems (e.g., Dialpad, Aircall) Positive, can‑do attitude with high attention to detail and organization Nice to Have Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or a fast‑moving e-commerce brand Understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment and logistics Multilingual or bilingual communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
