Financial Analyst Position

The Financial Analyst position is responsible for constructing and tracking CFT investment portfolio data, including both Real Estate and Alternative portfolios. This position is also responsible for helping to set up and manage the investment management software platform. The Financial Analyst creates diagrams and process flows to support portfolio documentation and data management. This position participates in QA, user testing, and technical training related to software implementation.

You'll get a chance to:

• Tracks and monitors CFT investment portfolios, including Real Estate Assets and Alternative Investments, using various software solutions and data visualization tools. Creates diagrams
• and process flows to support the analysis and tracking of portfolio data and consolidates financial and investment data for all asset classes.
• Supports investment teams by performing analysis related to investment and portfolio work.
• Creates asset specific financial models to facilitate data-driven solutions at the investment, property, or position level.
• Assists in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly performance summaries. Supports data collection, validation, and analysis for various investment portfolios.
• Supports the implementation of financial planning systems and tools, participating in QA and user testing, and technical training. Records and resolves issues found during testing, working with the development team. May act as a liaison with the software vendor to resolve issues.
• Supports CFT in its technology integration and system and process improvement efforts. Tests new processes and reporting tools.
• Assists with ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Your background and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Minimum three years of strategy and finance experience, including internship experience, preferably in finance, hospitality, or investment fields
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious Inclusion training, etc.)
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500-$101,500 per year

*Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
