Magna Electronics seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support its U.S. Engineering Centers in Michigan. You will partner with engineering leaders to translate business priorities into people plans, coach leaders, and drive performance management and employee relations with a data-driven mindset. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience, with familiarity with Workday.
