Job Description As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living while supporting residents under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Employment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Full-time schedules may consist of five shorter shifts or three extended shifts per week, depending on the assigned schedule. Shift hours include: 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. (three shifts per week) Every-other-weekend coverage is required for all schedules Compensation: $16.50-$18.50 per hour, based on CNA level Weekend Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts Paid Time Off: 40 hours Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Key Responsibilities Provide routine daily nursing care to residents under the guidance and supervision of a licensed nurse Assist residents with activities of daily living and other care-related functions as directed Perform routine nursing unit duties Complete additional resident-care tasks as assigned by the Registered Nurse Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Nursing Service Supervisor, and/or Director of Nursing Qualifications Requirements Graduate of a Medicaid-approved nursing assistant program and hold a certificate of completion Registered with the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry BLS certification Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Disclaimer Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
