Job Description Responsible for 1st shift M-F receiving, resolving, escalating and monitoring customer issues/requests. Provides immediate assistance and problem resolution, whenever possible for service inquiries concerning utilization and information regarding all computer systems applications, telephony and paging systems, personal computers and mobile devices. Critical tasks performed by this area also include communicating, tracking and reporting computing environment outages. Experience with Windows 7 and Office 2010 required; Apple/Mac experience a plus; strong customer service background is preferred; prior phone based IT Support experience is good but not required.
