Lead HVAC Installer

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for year-round residential installation work in Southern New Hampshire. Family-owned since 1928, we keep our installers busy through every season — no seasonal layoffs, no slow months without pay . We grow by taking care of both our customers and our team. This role is ideal for a licensed installer who values stability, craftsmanship, and a professional work environment. Responsibilities Install residential heating and air conditioning systems with attention to quality and detail Replace equipment, set condensers and air handlers, and complete startup and commissioning tasks Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day Work with office staff and fellow installers to deliver a smooth customer experience Represent A.J. LeBlanc Heating professionally in the field Qualifications Licensed and experienced HVAC installer (3+ years preferred) Strong installation skills and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service mindset Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team NH gas license and EPA certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces Skills HVAC installation, heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, ductwork fabrication, refrigerant handling, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer service. Schedule Full-time, year-round. Standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
