Sports & Performance Physical Therapist (Outpatient / 1:1 Care) - Full Time

PRIME Performance PT is a cash-based outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy practice located inside an elite baseball performance training facility in Torrance, CA (South Bay Los Angeles). We specialize in sports rehabilitation, return-to-sport training, and performance physical therapy for athletes and active adults who want more than traditional rehab. Our primary populations include: Baseball and overhead athletes Runners and endurance athletes Active adults and fitness-focused individuals Return-to-sport and performance optimization clients Our mission is simple: help people not just recover — but move better, perform better, and return to the activities they love with confidence. This Is NOT a Traditional PT Job We are looking for a clinician who wants to practice high-level sports physical therapy in an environment where outcomes matter. This role is ideal for someone who: Wants to become an elite sports or performance clinician Believes rehab should prepare people for lifting, running, and competing Enjoys working with motivated patients who want to improve Values 60-minute, 1-on-1 treatment sessions Has high energy and takes pride in patient experience Thrives in a collaborative, positive team culture Has a growth mindset and enjoys continued learning Experience with baseball or overhead athletes is a bonus but not required. Developing a clinical niche is highly encouraged. Practice Environment PRIME operates in a gym-based performance setting , not a traditional clinic. You’ll have access to: Free weights, squat racks, and barbells Performance and strength training equipment VALD Performance technology for objective testing Return-to-sport and performance training space Collaboration with coaches and performance staff This is where rehab meets performance . What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Deliver 60-minute, 1:1 treatment sessions Create individualized rehab and performance plans Progress patients from injury to performance to return to sport Collaborate with coaches and training staff Contribute to a high-level athlete-focused environment No double booking. No aides. No productivity quotas.
