Offering manageable volume, strong support, and a sustainable pace just under an hour from Lexington.

• Annual ED Volume: 12 000 visits
• Admission Rate: 7%
• Transfer Rate: 4 5%
• Transfers primarily to University of Kentucky (ortho, stroke, higher acuity)
• Coverage: 24 hours of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
• Experienced nursing team with 15+ years of tenure
• ED Beds: 9
• EMR: Epic
• 1099 Independent Contractor Model
• FT, PT & PRN options

• Low-to-moderate acuity with consistent, manageable volume
• Strong nursing support and engaged local leadership
• Efficient workflows with minimal boarding
• Full-scope community EM without high burnout

• BE/BC (EM, IM, FM, or GS)
• Kentucky license (or ability to obtain)
• Community ED experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a lower-volume setting
