This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain quality, service, and operational efficiency.**Essential Functions**Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.As a Shift Lead, you will:* Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations* Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members* Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally* Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards* Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items as needed to support operations* Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards* Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting* Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods* Support training and onboarding of new team members* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment* Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed based on business demands**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities* Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**Compensation****Pay Range:** $20.77 per hour – $22.77 per hourActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.**Benefits**Eligible employees may have access to the following benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Paid time off (where applicable under state/local law)* Professional Development Program**Physical Requirements**This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:* Stand and walk for extended periods* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds* Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently* Perform repetitive motions (including hand and wrist movements)* Work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment**Work Environment**This role operates in a food service environment with exposure to blenders, kitchen equipment, noise, and fast-paced operations.
