Role Summary Within the Product & Technology (P&T) Technology Enablement Alliance (TEA), the Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) guides the delivery and enhancement of services and tools in the Cloud Engineering and Cloud Account Management teams. The Cloud Engineering team provides frameworks and automation for the self‑service of cloud infrastructure within guardrails, including Infrastructure‑as‑code and Terraform Enterprise, and core utility services to facilitate monitoring and remediation of infrastructure. Responsibilities Drive and deliver high‑profile, cross‑org initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Enhance stakeholder relationships, understanding, and dialogue. Enhance team throughput by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources while helping teams toward commitments. Foster cross‑team coordination and communication. Assist with estimation and planning of team resourcing in conjunction with engineering team managers. Identify, maintain, and visualize metrics to guide the project lifecycle. Lead agile ceremonies for two teams of highly skilled engineers. Develop fundamental technical understanding of the tools and services vended by your teams. Qualifications 7+ years of experience creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, maturing teams’ current engagements and advocating for future work. Demonstrable experience managing technical projects in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, developing and executing project plans and delivery commitments. Deep rooted passion and proven track record building motivated and collaborative teams. Detail‑oriented and excellent communication skills; ability to follow technical discussions and absorb technical documentation. Experience working with distributed teams and/or distributed organizations. Working understanding of AWS and cloud‑based development and a desire to know more. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to modern DevOps and SRE practices around CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Availability, Terraform Enterprise solutions, etc. Experience with containers/microservices in highly scalable cloud‑based applications. Kubernetes and/or AWS ECS experience. Experience as a software engineer, including exposure to Java or Scala. Compensation The hiring range for this position in California is $152,200 to $204,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
