Sr Developer

Job Description: -
- ONSITE, remote not available.
- 9+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 5 years developing hands on TIBCO BW 5.x/EMS/Administrator and TIBCO AS400 adapters, TIBCO file and ADB adapters.
- Must have strong experience in understanding & writing SQL queries, SQL procedures and be able to performance tune the same.
- Perform requirement gathering from business & provide analysis and provide high level design.
- Must have hands-on development experience in Integrations and API development along with setting up CICD and should be able to develop the code using best practices.
- Must have ability to understanding existing integration architecture, understand the existing TIBCO integrations code.
- Suggest and implement best practices for TIBCO based APIs/Integrations.
- Implement security and data protection for APIs
- Good to have hands-on experience on Continuous integration or any automation deployments.
- Working independently and handle given modules end to end without much supervision and coordinate with client team for providing status updates.
- providing periodic status updates to customer/ onsite lead on project status; work with different application teams, testing team during design/development/testing phases; resolve issues;
- Must have very good written, verbal and presentation communication skills and English speaking skills.
- Ability to coordinate with application teams, clients, account teams and be able to clearly explain the problem, solution and provide status updates.
- Be able to work with other team members as a team and represent the team in professional manner.
- Must have the ability to learn on the job and show interest in learning new technologies that are required in the project.
- TIBCO Business works 5.x, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO AS400 adapters, ReST JSON Plugin, SOAP webservices
- Must have good proficiency in PL/SQL
- Operating Systems : Linux
- Good to know NodeJS, CICD tools, GCP platform, TIBCO Business Connect for EDI Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. Experience: Minimum of 8 years' related IT experience in TIBCO Integrations development
