About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform emergency department x-ray and CT examinations in a freestanding ED setting with 11 ED rooms
• Operate GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD imaging equipment
• Document patient information and imaging records using the Meditech documentation system
• Work independently as the sole tech on shift, maintaining quality and efficiency
• Participate in call rotation as required by the department
• Adhere to facility dress code - black scrubs required

• BLS certification required
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• SCRQSA (South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association) licensure required
• Minimum 2 years of x-ray and CT experience
• Ability to function independently in a solo-tech environment

• Previous travel assignment experience preferred
• Emergency department imaging background
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar documentation systems
