- Minimum Education: An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Certifications/License: Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment. You must also hold a current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or a compact state license.
- Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Required Skills: We are looking for a professional with critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience in IVC (Involuntary Commitment) and behavioral health is a plus.
