Marketing and Creative Systems Lead

Job Summary

Contractor will provide marketing, creative, communications, website, event, and related
services for Exile. Exile and Contractor will coordinate priorities, deadlines, and deliverables through monthly
planning, email, or another written project plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and producing print and digital materials, including impact reports, brochures,
presentations, campaign materials, and event deliverables.
• Creating and formatting approximately two to four regular email communications per
month, plus additional campaign or event emails as capacity allows; adapting approved
content into website blog posts when requested.
• Providing routine website maintenance, content additions, corrections, and landing-page
updates.
• Supporting Exile’s annual campaigns and events, including Hope Wins, the summer Give
Day, Orphan Care Awareness Month, Giving Tuesday, and year-end fundraising.
• Providing occasional social media support. Day-to-day channel management and routine
engagement are not core services unless separately agreed.
• Participating in one monthly creative and strategy meeting and other project meetings
reasonably needed for major campaigns or events.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in a relevant field.
