Pay: $100,000 + bonus

Schedule: M-F,

Job description:

Lead customer onboarding and account data management functions, ensuring strong performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new dental offices and customers, providing a high-touch, white-glove experience from implementation through successful account activation.
Manage onboarding workflows in HubSpot, ensuring customer communications, milestones, documentation, and account information are accurately tracked and completed.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to coordinate successful customer launches and resolve onboarding issues.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and ongoing management of customer and provider account data across HubSpot and other business systems.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer and provider data and minimize errors.
Monitor onboarding timelines, customer satisfaction, data accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, and other key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
(5)+ years in customer operations, customer onboarding, account management, healthcare and/or similar
(2)+ years of leadership managing customer-facing operational teams
Must have experience with HubSpot CRM and related customer lifecycle management tools
Must understand best practices for CRM and workflows
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics for CRM platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
