Technical Sourcer

To build the pipelines for Plaid's core Engineering and Data Science population, the full-time remote Technical Sourcer will manage top-of-funnel strategies, conduct talent research, and write personalized outreach to engage qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for technical requisitions across Software Engineering or Data Science Run talent research, including market maps and advanced boolean searches, to identify potential candidates Build diverse pipelines by design, ensuring inclusivity in outreach and candidate engagement Required qualifications 3+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth technology company Strong sourcing research techniques, including boolean and x-ray search, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub Demonstrated success in managing multiple technical searches in high-volume environments Genuine fluency in technical skill sets, with the ability to assess relevance from job specs and technical profiles Data discipline, using funnel metrics to inform sourcing strategies and pipeline management
