Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Inside Software Sales Manager (DPMS) will engage existing customers to drive revenue through structured sales processes, coaching, and performance management in a software sales environment. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a team focused on driving revenue from existing software customers Implement a structured sales process, coaching the team on prospecting, account reviews, and closing sales Track team performance against key KPIs and provide regular coaching and training to improve sales effectiveness Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager for an inside sales team selling software (SaaS) Strong background in coaching sales representatives and driving accountability Experience with structured sales processes and prospecting Ability to collaborate with senior management on sales strategy execution Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
