HR Manager - Talent Operations

Owning the full employee experience in a remote environment, the full-time HR Manager - Talent Operations will focus on technical recruiting, performance management, and employee relations while partnering with leadership to enhance people practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting with an emphasis on technical roles, including sourcing, offers, and onboarding Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, advising on performance management and employee relations Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll inputs, and compliance with HR policies Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or HR manager role Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, preferably in the tech industry Experience operating as a department of one or within a lean HR function Strong background in global recruiting and employee relations Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; global/contractor experience preferred
