As a Universal Banker in the retail organization, the position is based in Centennial, CO, with bilingual Spanish preferred. PNC is an in‑office company that encourages collaboration and support for employees. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation to every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately. Work experience: 3+ years in a related role, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service). Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent. Licenses: None required. Background checks in accordance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00.
