Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience- $90,000-$95,000.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, onsite role based in Plymouth, MN
• Monday-Friday-7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Occasional local, regional, and national travel may be required

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technicians and other assigned maintenance personnel
• Coordinate and direct day-to-day maintenance activities across the Plymouth plant
• Ensure planned maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Monitor department KPIs, maintenance metrics, and work order performance
• Drive equipment reliability and machine uptime through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve production performance
• Develop, implement, and monitor OSHA/ANSI safety procedures and safe work practices
• Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness
• Serve as a technical resource and leader for maintenance staff
• Manage multiple priorities while supporting operational goals

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, engineering, maintenance management, or related discipline and 2+ years of leadership experience; OR
• 8+ years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience and a proven record of progressive responsibility
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance systems
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic technologies utilized in manufacturing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple departments and competing demands
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout manufacturing and production areas
• Frequently lift up to 10 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
