Job Description

Responsibilities of a Healthcare Construction Project Manager are:

Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution of healthcare construction projects
Serve as the main point of contact between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including ICRA, AHCA, Joint Commission, and NFPA
Lead project meetings, track milestones, and oversee document control and reporting
Monitor financial performance, risk management, change orders, and project deliverables
Coordinate MEP systems integration and specialized medical infrastructure requirements

The Successful Applicant

The successful healthcare project manager will have:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities
Strong knowledge of construction means/methods, permitting, and regulatory processes specific to medical environments
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tight schedules, and high-performance expectations
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
