Essential job functions includes the following:

• Move material in process from one department to another. Band, wrap and or pack finished goods and label material. Able to take stack finished material to inventory. Industrial sit-down forklift experience Perform other duties as required. Participate, comply, and support the environmental, health and safety system requirements.

Qualifications

• Language skills- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence, and to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Reasoning ability- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Experience

1 year as forklift driver verifiable experience

Certifications

OSHA license

Working conditions

Will be required to work within the plant – factory environment where there is some exposure to noise, dust, fiberglass, and heat. Must adhere to PPE requirements as defined in the safety manual when in the manufacturing area.
