Clinic Medical Assistant - Full Time
$23 per hourKMG Healthcare
Immediate Medical Assistant position available for our physician practice group in West Islip.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Work Schedule:
9:30am - 8:00pm (Monday to Thursday) Scheduled in advance, until 8pm 1x per week, 7.5-8.5 hours/day
9:30am - 3:30pm (Friday)
Responsibilities:
Obtain the patient's medical history and document in the electronic medical record
Medical chart review, assisting providers, rooming patients, taking patient vital signs, EKG, phlebotomy and preparation of exam rooms
Assist with front desk responsibilities, as needed
Qualifications:
Completion xywuqvp of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
Experience in OBGYN preferred
BLS Certification
Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
EPIC system experience a plus
