Managing Technician

Managing Technician (MT) WEAP/Total Spectrum is hiring Managing Technician (MT) to join them in helping children with autism find success in school and life through contemporary ABA therapy. MTs have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment, and they provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They deliver protocol modification using best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. MTs also support the professional development of other technicians by providing clinical and professional feedback. A 'direct hour' includes protocol modification, treatment by protocol and team meetings. Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments. You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role may require you to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to client needs. This role requires the ability to frequently change physical positions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running. This role requires you to maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
