Position Purpose :

In this OBM Sales Team Manager role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of account managers, developing key customer relationships, coordinating with PM and FAE teams, and ensuring execution of sales initiatives across target verticals such as HVACR, Water & Wastewater Management, Logistics, both product and solution businesses. Including:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

• Establish and secure annual sales targets and performance objectives.
\n
• Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, and forecasting.
\n
• Work with cross function teams to penetrate new business opportunities in strategic industrial markets.
\n
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and industry partners.
\n
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
\n

Job qualification guidelines:

\n
• Colleague engineering background is a MUST, BSEE preferred
\n
• 10+ years of industrial automation sales experience
\n
• 5+ years of leadership of 5+ sales manager team
\n
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies including: VFD, PLC. HMI
\n

Servo / Motion Control. Industrial Robotics, and Scada.

\n
• Experience selling to OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
\n
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing key accounts.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
\n
• Must be willing to travel at average 50% of work time
\n
• Strong initiative and ability to work with little direct supervision
\n
