Job Description

Kumon Math & Reading Center Of Madison in Madison, MS is looking for a part-time center assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Anticipated Start Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

Assist, guide, and support students according to the Kumon principles
Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing student learning plans
Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment
Engage & communicate with Instructor regarding student performance
Grade student work & maintain student records
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficient in Math & Reading (Assessment will be required)
Ability to remain patient and positive with students
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
