Responding to help desk tickets and tackling emergency tasks will be second nature to you.Duties & Responsibilities:Mastering the art of interior paintingShowcasing your green thumb through expert groundskeepingEmbracing the winter wonderland with efficient snow shovelingStepping in as a backup for Janitorial and HousekeepingPerfecting the craft of taping and mudding drywall/MDOSkillfully replacing drywall/MDOBecoming a door hanging and hardware installation maestroUnleashing your creativity through woodworking/carpentryNavigating plumbing/heating challenges with easeIlluminating spaces with your electrical expertiseOther exciting duties as assignedEducational Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.
