• $31K hourly base + uncapped commission.
• $80K average annual total compensation.
• 50% of Sales Reps earn $100K+ annually.
• No cold callingwork with qualified, warm leads.
• Minimum 100 outbound calls per week to warm leads, including both initial outreach and follow-up.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in cruising and convert opportunities into bookings.
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, recommend the right itinerary, overcome objections, and close the sale.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads and proactively create booking opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of sales opportunities while providing exceptional guest experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 24 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing, communication, and phone skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to earn based on performance.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
