Skyview Dental is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in Alamogordo, New Mexico. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about preventive dentistry, periodontal health, and providing exceptional patient care.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing

• Conduct patient assessments and collect accurate medical and dental histories

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care

• Take and review dental radiographs as required

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop and implement treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Dental Hygienist license

• Strong understanding of periodontal disease diagnosis, treatment, and maintenance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient-centered approach with a commitment to exceptional care

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
