WhatYou’llDo: Leadandmentor onedirectreport! Oversee AP/ARprocesses ,includinginvoiceapprovals,reimbursements,vendorcommunications,andpaymentpostings. Handle debit/creditentries ,accountreconciliations,andmonth-endcloseactivities. Collaboratewiththeteamto improvemanualandsystem-basedaccountingprocesses . Ensurecompliancewithaccountingstandardsandinternalpolicies. WhoYouAre: Bachelor’sdegreeinAccountingorrelatedfield. 5–10yearsofaccountingexperience,including2+yearssupervisingothers. SAPexperienceisaplus—butnotrequired!Comfortwithmanualprocessesiswelcome. Strongcommunicator,problem-solver,andteamleader.
