Front Counter Customer Service Representative

DESCRIPTION Hiring Immediately - Join the Admiral Cleaners' team now as a front counter customer service representative. 2 Schedules available: Monday-Friday 2-7pm; Saturdays 9-2pm; plus fill-in days; Monday-Friday availability of 7am-7pm with varying hours and Saturdays 8-2pm NO SUNDAYS for either schedule Job Responsibilities:
- Serve clients dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with clients to enhance relationships.
- Provide product and service information and assistance to clients in a friendly manner.
- Maintain client accounts with current and accurate information.
- Resolve client problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
- Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy (data entry).
- Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
- Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
- Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
- Bi-weekly, direct deposit pay
