What does a day with GYMGUYZ look like?

It looks different for everyone. That's the point.

Maybe you're a parent who drops the kids at school, trains clients for the next 3–4 hours, and then heads to another job. Or you're a morning person who starts with a 7 AM client, gets a few sessions in before lunch, and has the afternoon to yourself. Perhaps you have another job and want to train clients from 3–6 PM. Maybe you want to build a full training schedule.

You tell us when you're available. We work to fill those hours with clients.

The more availability you give us, the more opportunity we have to build your schedule—but you choose the hours you're willing to work.

What will you actually do?

• Build customized fitness programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and needs
• Deliver safe, effective, engaging workouts in clients' homes
• Coach clients through proper technique, motivation, and accountability
• Track progress and celebrate client wins through periodic reassessments
• Build strong relationships that keep clients motivated and committed
• Stay connected with your team through mentorship, communication, and ongoing support

YOU should apply if you:

• Have a nationally recognized Personal Training certification such as ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM
• Are CPR/AED certified
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable traveling to clients' homes
• Love working with people and building genuine relationships
• Can show us real results you've helped clients achieve
• Are dependable, professional, and committed to giving clients an excellent experience
• Are comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team

You don't need to have years of experience. You don't need to be a social-media fitness celebrity. And you don't need to be a salesperson.
