Understanding and recommendations of supplements.Create a macronutrient recommendations and meal plans for clients. Understanding gut health, food sensitivities, and allergies.Weekly patient follow-upProvide concierge service to clientsPresent nutrition topics to surrounding communitiesParticipate in research and design meetingsConduct in person and virtual counseling with clientsSkills Required:Master's Degree of Physician Assistant StudiesPhysician Assistant-Certified LicenseMaintain updated license and continuing education hoursDetailed understanding of metabolism, vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and primary care diagnoses or have the willingness to learn.Must possess thorough knowledge of nutrition assessment and nutrient requirements as well as current theory and practices of dietetics for this patient populationMust be open to functional medicine/integrative medicine trainingFamiliarity with research procedures and protocols desirableMust maintain CPR CertificationMust maintain a positive relationship with lead physician assistant and medical director, dietitians, vendors, and representatives.Strong communication skills and the ability to positively interact with clients, medical team, professional, and non-professional hospital and health science center personnel.Ability to work through conflict with staff or other clients with respect and confidence.1 year experience (Preferred)What we will do for you:• Provide you with ongoing training and support in the field of management and leadership• Opportunity to develop and grow while simultaneously growing your own management and leadership skills• Paid time off• Proper On-Site TrainingType: Part-timeSalary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /yearWho Should Apply:Please apply ONLY if you are the type of person who is willing to learn and grow in every aspect of your role.
