The manager is looking for someone who has Export experience and is familiar with Export document generation.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Specialist, Export. Logistics is responsible for the International Customer Support for Service Parts, particularly in South / Central America, Mexico. Caribbean, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Japan and China. The responsibility associated with this position encompasses not only order taking but also stock inquiries/ availability / ETA, export planning, shipment arrangements through freight forwarders, export compliance follow through, export documentation generation / Technical parts inquiry support, parts pricing coordination, database maintenance, RLA parts revenue reporting.

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. Qualifications

High School Degree with four years office experience particularly in International Business. Related Import / Export experience is required. Considerable knowledge of all applicable U.S. Export regulations and Incoterms. Understanding of domestic and international shipping and transportation processes and logistics. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
