Rehabilitation Technician

Rehabilitation Technician Assists the Director of Rehabilitation and rehab team members with assigned tasks, demonstrating safe and appropriate work practices that facilitate the workflow of the rehab department. Promotes Carerite Center’s reputation as an unparalleled provider of rehab to the elderly by demonstrating professionalism at all times. Qualifications/Requirements Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Good written and verbal communication skills, CPR certification if required, Good organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing facility/departmental demands. Ability to meet all scheduled responsibilities in a timely manner. Ability to cope with rapidly changing priorities. Certified Nursing Aide with 5+ years experience Physical Requirements Must be able to perform multiple lifts and transfers of residents to and from all surfaces at a minimum of 10 times per day. Must be able to lift approximately 50–70 pounds a minimum of 10 times per day. May spend 50–90% of the time standing/walking and 10–50% of the time sitting. Proficient with use of hands for repetitive grasping, pushing‑pulling, and fine motor manipulation. Exhibits good visual acuity.
