Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Wilmington, DE Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) | Delaware Start: ASAP End: Ongoing Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 7:00a to 7:00p. 5 to 8 assessments per day. Ideal availability: Full time, but will accept a minimum of 2 full days per week or more, including at least one weekday (weekend only availability is not accepted) Openings: 1 Travel/Lodging: Yes, full travel (flight, rental and hotel) is dependent on availability. Position Overview In home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plan members Patient population: Geriatrics Assessments typically last 45 to 75 minutes Documentation completed on an iPad Provider works independently with access to a provider hotline Job Details Work is not location specific, with opportunities available throughout most counties statewide. Assignments are scheduled based on provider availability and county needs, excluding only designated restricted counties. Travel and lodging benefits include hotel coverage for travel beyond 75 miles, rental car for providers completing 30 weekly assessments, and flight reimbursement for assignments of at least 10 consecutive workdays. Weekly $ incentive available for meeting visit goals. Ideal for independent providers who want to set their own schedule, choose where and when they work, and directly control their income through tiered pay per completed assessment. Be your own boss while providing meaningful, patient-focused care. State restriction Cannot reside in the state. Candidates residing in neighboring states are ideal, but full travel and lodging is available for candidates who can work 10 consecutive workdays.
