We are seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity . This position is ideal for candidates with strong critical care experience who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Schedule: Full-Time • Days/ Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33–$46/hr based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $10k For Days/ $15k For Nights
• Relocation Assistance available on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience REQUIRED *Will consider candidates with MICU / SICU / CSU backgrounds.
• Acute care experience strongly required
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and medications
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
