Join our team.Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to serve as a key leader within a project team supporting the Combined Product Environment for Simulation and Training (CPE ST3), which develops, acquires, and maintains advanced simulation, training, and testing technologies for the U.S. Army. In this role, you will drive the adoption and execution of Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of simulation and training capabilities that directly enhance soldier readiness and battlefield effectiveness.You will lead cross-functional teams through complex, fast-paced development cycles — facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, mentoring team members on Agile best practices, and ensuring that warfighter feedback is rapidly incorporated into iterative delivery.
