Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity – Nebraska
Why We’re Looking

Expanding Emergency Medicine department

Position Overview

Specialty: Emergency Medicine
Case Mix: Primarily adult and geriatric patients
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | ~12 shifts per month
Facility: 9-room Emergency Department
EMR: Epic
Reporting to: Karissa Pinkerman, Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations & Strategy
Team Structure: 6-physician EM group with APP coverage during peak hours

Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure (or active eligibility)

Compensation & Incentives

Base $270K + production
Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000–$20,000 combined (negotiable)
Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)

Time Off

7 weeks total annual time off
